Shenxianling Wind Power Farm

Shenxianling Wind Power Farm is the first wind farm in Changsha invested by Sany Group, located in Ningxiang City, Changsha, with magnificent mountain and river scenery, lush green mountains and forests, and a winding road of about 15 kilometers, along which 24 2MW and 1 1.5MW wind turbines are built, with an installed capacity of 49.5MW and a total construction investment of RMB 500 million. As of December 2018, the wind farm has generated 290 million kWh of electricity.

Aviation obstruction lights were installed on the top of the engine room of wind turbines. And the spacing between two lights shall longer than the width of the fan blade.

The flash rate of lights on the same wind turbine shall be synchronized.

Total height of the wind turbine <45m Set low intensity lights type B or medium intensity lights type B at the top of the wind turbine.

45m≤total height<105m Set medium intensity lights type B at the top of the engine room.

105m≤total heigh<150m Set medium intensity lights type A at the top of the engine room.

Total height≥150m Set high intensity lights type A at the top of the engine room, set low intensity lights at height of 1/2.

As far as the eye can see, a silver wind turbine stands in the sky on the rolling hillside and turns in the wind, and the turbine is set against the mountains in a magnificent manner.

Since its completion, Shenxianling Wind Farm has attracted countless tourists to sightsee and pick the wind, and in recent years has become a very hot net red and another hitting place in Changsha.
